I received a couple of threatening calls from FRS and they also left a threatening message on my parents home phone and at my brothers place of employment. I called the number back and only asked them for their mailing address. I promptly typed up a letter demanding that they send me information and verification on what case they were calling me about and I also sent them a letter stating that they were not allowed to call me regarding this matter. I sent both letters certified mail with return receipt. I received the signed return receipts back from them and I have not heard from them again. Claiming to be US Census Bureau, kept us on the phone for over an hour. Collected a TON of VERY personal information, mostly about my mother. Mind you, my mother and myself, along with 3 small children live here, this is my grandmother's house.

internet scam called saying there were charging pending against my for a payday loan.then called back asking for me and said there were charges pending against me also because he used me as a reference. I told him i was filing charges with the fcc and calling my lawyer and not to call again

On my bank statement and rings as not in service.

My sister got a call from this number this morning from a Dr. Drake saying that he was my doctor and that I had a medical emergency and for her to call him back. When she called back they told her that they were looking for me because I owed them money and that they didn't know what she was talking about in concerns to a doctor. I called them myself and they wanted my SSN to look up my information (which I wouldn't give), they tried looking it up with my name and when they couldn't find anything said "Well we couldn't find you in our system so it must be your lucky day!"

Won't stop calling - when answer, no response. Calls up to 5 times a day.

the caller called using this ph #, i picked up my cell phone, but no one answered. i hung up; what does this mean. Did they bug my phone. I am alittle paranoid??

Person called and asked for my wife by first name. Then asked if we knew HUgo Morales. We don't know anyone by that name. THen said he would make a note of that. This call has been made on several ocassions from different numbers and it is starting to feel strange. I think someone is trying to get or confirm information to steal our identity. What can be doen to have them stop this.
